Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Nott ERP platform (nottapp.net) and related services. By continuing to use the platform, you accept these terms. The Turkish version of these terms is the legally binding version.

1. Scope of Service

Nott ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software service for small and medium-sized businesses. The service includes inventory management, order tracking, customer management, invoicing and reporting modules.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must register and create an account to use the platform. As a user, you:

• Must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Are personally responsible for the security of your account
• May not share your account with others
• Must keep your password confidential

3. Unacceptable Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Actions that threaten the security of the system
• Gaining unauthorized access to other users’ data
• Reverse engineering the software
• Sending automated requests that overload the platform infrastructure

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the next billing period. Paid periods are non-refundable.

5. Service Availability and SLA

Nott ERP targets 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. No liability is accepted for interruptions caused by force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content and trademarks on the platform belong to Nott ERP and are protected by copyright law. Users own the data they create through the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

Details on how your personal data is processed are explained in our Privacy Policy. We fulfil all our obligations under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

8. Account Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data is kept for 30 days and can be exported on request during that period. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nott ERP cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees of the last 3 months.

10. Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated with prior notice. Significant changes will be announced by email. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
